Meet Shaun & Sarah Stevenson, the KidMin Creatives!
Shaun, a pastor to children and children’s ministry professional for 17 years, loves seeing families discover who God is, what God has done, is doing, and will do one day! As a writer and storyteller, Shaun loves making Scripture come alive for kids and creating fun and new ways for kids to grow closer to Christ. He’s a big fan of coffee, escape rooms, and thrift stores (searching for object lesson props, of course!). Shaun has a Bachelor of Arts in Bible & Theology from Multnomah University and a Master of Divinity degree with a Biblical Studies emphasis from Portland Seminary.
Sarah has served in children’s ministry since age 12. A librarian by day and KidMin volunteer by night, Sarah can often be found organizing church closets, painting, designing sets, creating graphics, and going on late night coffee runs!
Shaun and Sarah live in the greater Nashville, Tennessee area. They love talking about kid’s ministry, dreaming big with a cup of coffee in hand, and asking themselves “what if we did…in kid’s ministry!” Their goal is to leave you inspired to be creative and encouraged to try new things in your own kid’s ministry!
